Based on Equisetum, Spirea Ulmaria, Elder, Blackcurrant and other plants from the Italian herbal tradition, recommended for increasing diuresis, draining and detoxing.
- Ingredients: Horsetail, Nettle, Elder, Achillea, Spirea Ulmaria, Blackcurrant, Licorice, Birch.
- Properties: antirheumatic, antispasmodic, depurative, diuretic, detoxifying, liver draining.
- Directions: water retention, cellulite, circulatory disorders, swelling, digestive spasms, urinary and biliary lithiasis, flatulence, bloating, constipation, rheumatism, gout, incontinence of urine in children.
- Use: disperse 2 level tablespoons (equal to 7g) in a liter of hot water, leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes; filter, sweeten with honey if desired and drink it throughout the day.
