What a relief

Speaking of prevention and wellness, especially in the summertime, you can´t help but think of your feet!
The lunch break gives a little relief, but it makes you realize how long the walk was and when you get moving again: hardened legs and sore feet. Getting moving again is a bit of a problem.
We agree to shorten the planned itinerary, eliminating a few visits deemed of little interest, and decide to return to the hotel earlier. My legs begin to give out and my feet are increasingly sore. We realize that the shoes have produced abrasions on the heels, compressions on the toes and are tight. The feet give the level of a sudden suffering, which just before we did not notice: they really hurt and there is almost the impediment to walk. We reach the hotel! We throw ourselves on the bed and almost get sleepy. And then? While the legs remain only a little hardened, the feet manifest the pain of fatigue, without having a position of relief!
Have you ever experienced these bad feelings? What are the possible remedies?
There is a solution and it is very effective: Ginger Footbath and massage with Foot Balm. Put a spray of Ginger Foot Bath (with Mint, Lavender and Thyme) in a basin filled with cold water and immerse your feet. This creates the first, immediate relief, with an initial reactivation of the peripheral micro-circulation. Surrender to the well-being produced by essential oils, rubbing, every so often a foot against the other.
After ten minutes of immersion, dry the feet and massage them with Balsamo Piedi: deodorant, moisturizing and nourishing with Aloe Barbadensis, Verbena, Wintergreen and Arnica. The massage should be very gentle, from the fingers to the ankles, as if we were putting on socks. Insist on interdigital massage.
