Toning Emulsion

The simplest way to make the body feel good is to offer it the best conditions of life.

The techno-cultural path to understand how to "feel good" starts from the knowledge of the characteristics and functions of the skin. This important sensory and emunctory organ is in continuous renewal: it repairs itself and has the characteristic of extensibility. It can be dry, oily, mixed, hypersensitive, dead, impure, senescent, wrinkled, etc.; it can have different colors: white, black, yellow, red, etc.; it can be glabrous or hairy, but in all cases it is always connected with other important internal organs. Among other things, the skin has the function of containment, protection and barrier; it manages thermal regulation and evaporation; it produces secretions and eliminates harmful substances with sweat; it allows the synthesis of vitamin D; it receives and transmits thermal, tactile, pressure and pain stimuli and can determine sexual attraction!

Can we talk about well-being without taking the skin into due consideration?

The techniques to feel good entrust to the massage, however it is done, the task of modifying the superficial external and subcutaneous state by reducing tensions, eliminating contractures, carrying blood, draining lymph, giving brightness, making elasticity, etc.. All this and much more is done by acting directly on the skin. We must not, however, forget that the skin, as a containing barrier, can get dirty, can be covered by fine polluting particles that, with their toxicity, reduce its specific functions and put it in a state of suffering. For this reason it is important, before any other operation of protection of the skin organ, to clean it, or rather to disinfect it from all the "poisons" that rest on its surface and cover it: smog, dyes, fine dust, heavy metals, etc.. Not only do we need to remove the usual dirt, such as sweat residue, but also everything that the skin emits from within and everything that can be considered the waste of everyday life: dead surface cells. That´s why wellness must start from a perfect and deep skin cleansing; a cleansing that must not leave pollutants, that must not contrast the physiological pH and that must "unhinge" everything that lurks in the pores: a total cleaning action that must prepare the skin to receive a massage, a drainage, a poultice, a pack or any other wellness technique or, simply, to face with all the cards in order a usual day of cold or heat or stress.

To deeply clean the skin, however, soap is not enough; to remove organic residues or fine pollutants that have penetrated into the pores, it is necessary to "scratch" it: it is necessary to use "abrasive" means that are able to detach the nested dirt, without irritating; it is necessary a mechanical action of detachment of all the intoxicating parts anchored to the skin, made with energy and with special components to make a rough surface smooth. The Toning Emulsion does all this, for the particular characteristics of the abrasive means and the ingredients that compose it. The base of Mei Tonifying Emulsion is Green Clay (Solum Fullonum), Italian, Superventilated and Sun-dried; it is classified among the minerals for its appearance, structure and molecular organization: a natural material in which many other minerals coexist (silica, alumina, magnesium, alkaline oxides, chlorite, caolite, etc.) finely divided and with recognized therapeutic properties. Mei Green Clay (the oldest on the evolutionary level and the most active) has a pH around neutrality; it has an excellent absorbency with water (it can easily absorb solar energy during drying); it has 45% silica, 12. 7% of alumina (which gives the plastic appearance and gives softness and wateriness), 12.2% of calcium (therapeutic balancer), magnesium, potassium, sodium, manganese and, in homeopathic (infinitesimal) quantities, contains all seven metals (silver, iron, mercury, tin, copper, lead and gold). Mei Green Clay does not contain sand or gypsum; it has a very good cationic exchange capacity (it is particularly active in transferring its own substances with the tissues with which it comes into contact for poultices, mud baths, soaps, toothpastes, massage and desquamation creams); it has an exceptional micrometric fineness of the particles (which, in this way, can release the elements more easily) and it is rich in basic elements (biocatalyst function). Mei Green Clay, present in the Toning Emulsion, has a strong and recognized cleansing, anti-inflammatory and absorbing power: it "captures" heavy metals and frees the skin from dead cells, oxygenating it.
